Die vorliegenden Mietbedingungen sollen das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen Miss Camping SA (als Betreiberin von Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com) und dem Kunden definieren. Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sind Bestandteil des zwischen Miss Camping SA und dem Kunden abgeschlossenen Mietvertrages.

Die Website Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com verkauft keine Geräte, diese ist nur eine Verleih-Website und darüber hinaus für private Veranstaltungen ohne finanzielle Entschädigung (Barbetrieb oder bezahlter Eintritt von Dritten).

Wenn der Kunde öffentliche Veranstaltungen organisieren möchten, müssen sie sich zunächst mit Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com in Verbindung setzen, um ein Angebot mit vollständigen Materialien und einen Ad-hoc-Vertrag abzuschließen.

Die Website Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com fördert öffentliche Veranstaltungen, die von Miss Camping SA und ihren Partnern organisiert werden. Bei weiteren Fragen zu diesen öffentlichen Silent-Disco-Veranstaltungen, sollte sich der Kunde an Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com wenden.

Verantwortung

Der Kunde hat die Bedienungsanleitung und die Anweisungen für das Gerät gelesen und verpflichtet sich, diese zu befolgen.

Von Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com kann keine Entschädigung oder Rückerstattung für entgangenen Genuss oder kommerzielle Störungen jeglicher Art, unabhängig von der Ursache oder Ursprung, verlangt werden.

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Im Streitfall ist der Gerichtsstand in Lausanne, Schweiz.

PERSONNAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
