Refund policy

Damage

If the equipment for any reason should arrive damaged to the customer, the customer must take pictures and contact Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com immediately, in order to obtain a full or partial refund of the rental. If the equipment is returned damaged without further contact, the customer will be held responsible.

Cancellation

From the moment the payment is validated and the financial transaction made in favor of Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com the order is considered final. If for any reason the customer cannot organize his silent-disco, he must contact Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com immediately. Depending on the customer's arguments, Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com may cancel the order and refund the customer. This eventuality is the sole responsibility of Headphone Music / Silent-disco.com and no recourse can be taken against this decision.

Destruction
